This is a great opportunity for an experienced Architectural Draftsperson to join the design department within a home Builder well-known within the NSW market.

The company is currently building 600+ new homes a year and has been around for over 30 years.

The role will entail the production of construction documentation and details using ArchiCAD, liaison with estimators and site managers, and project coordination.

The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:

Architectural drafting qualifications
ArchiCAD
Experienced working on da/cc for new homes
Understanding of construction phase of projects and delivering on site
Willingness to work for a project home Builder
