Enfold Projects is an established Commercial Design and Construction company delivering projects across Australia. We specialize in high quality building projects for major clients across key sectors including Government, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Financial, Health, Hospitality, Mining, Retail, Travel and Technology. Our projects range from premium building upgrades to high-end fit-outs.
We are seeking a talented Creative Lead with excellent design/presentation skills. Ideally you will have a minimum of 8+ years of experience, with 3+ years in a similar role.
This role will require you to be at the front end of the design team. You will need to be someone who enjoys interacting with people and have excellent communication skills.
The candidate will have managed a small team of other Designers and taken the lead on the design concepts. In addition, Enfold will consider a candidate who is ready to take the next step of their career into a management role.
As the successful candidate you will be a highly motivated, creative and resourceful team member with excellent all round and Client facing skills with an amazing aesthetic design eye and ability to create original effective design solutions for our Clients.
You will be able to demonstrate:
- Minimum 8+ years’ Interior Design experience, specialising in workplace and commercial projects.
- Outstanding proven record of leading projects through all phases, including detailed documentation and delivery.
- Ability to create, nurture and grow client and internal relationships.
- Excellent verbal, graphic and written communication and skills.
- Strong conceptual design, presentation and detailing ability.
