About the company:
My client is a leading property development company who manages the end-to-end process from development all the way to sale. Located in the south-eastern suburbs, you will be joining an energetic, expanding team as a Town Planner – providing expert advice and implementing strategies to two major teams within the business.
  
About the role:

• Develop strategy policy
• Conduct feasibility studies
• Develop and manage the Town Planning Permit Application
• Represent at VCAT, providing supoort and assistance
• Ensure compliance with granted Planning Permit
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the Town Planning Process and legislative requirements

Requirements:

• Significant experience in working in private & local government sectors
• Tertiary qualification in Town Planning or similar
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi task and meet urgent deadlines
• Excellent team leader with leadership strengths
