Your new company
With a reputation for innovative and sustainable design solutions, this reputable Sydney boutique practice have established themselves in creating multi-residential, retail & civic spaces. After an increase in project pipe-line, they require an experienced Revit Architect for an initial contract start.

Your new role

• 3-6 month initial contract opportunity (could be longer)
• You'll work with a creative and emerging team, across multiple project disciplines; including multi-unit residential, civic, retail, industrial and commercial projects
• You'll have a primary focus on supporting with DA & CC documentation
• Likely to work on larger projects under a Project Team Leader
• Paying $40-55 + Super / hour = equivalent of circa $70-100K + Super salary (dependent on years of experience)

What you'll need to succeed

• MUST be Revit proficient
• MUST have local Australian experience
• Accurate and efficient documentation ability
• Experience in the preparation of documentation across multiple project disciplines, with an advanced working knowledge of Revit will take preference
• Must have a working knowledge of the BCA, Australian Standards and building construction
• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• Have an ability to work as both part of a team and self-sufficiently
• Be able to quickly grasp client requirements and implement onto drawings without the need for constant reinforcement
