Altitude is seeking an experienced Senior UX  UI Designer for a permanent position in Melbourne. Some team lead.
  
This UX Designer is responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes. You will also design the overall functionality of the product and iterate upon it to ensure a great user experience.
  
The position will work with in-house developers and freelancers across a range of projects, as part of a small digital team. The position suits an enthusiastic and talented designer who is keen to fit into a small cross-functional, fast paced team.
  
Responsibilities:

• Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences
• Facilitate client’s product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimised for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

Requirements:

• 5 years+ UX design industry experience demonstrated with portfolio
• Experience in UX tools such as InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer.js, Quartz Composer
• Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
• Experience in Sketch/InVision design workflows
• Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
