Our client is a highly regarded firm who enjoy a great industry reputation, both for quality of design and the environment they have fostered.
Based on a combination of new large scale project commitments, and the growth of their team this year, they are keen to appoint an experienced Project Architect that is capable of leading large scale developments $150M and upwards.
Your leadership capabilities will be a critical aspect of this role, as you will be relied on for team management through delivery stages, along with your proven ability in taking projects of this scale through to practical completion.
Ideally you will have recent exposure to quality apartment projects or larger scale mixed use projects, varying in nature, and exposure to either ArchiCAD or Revit.
This practice has an eye to the future in terms of your ongoing career opportunity.
