My client is at the forefront of digital innovation and human centred design and needs passionate Service Designers to work on a number of exciting projects.
About you:
You're an advocate for the customer. You never make assumptions and everything you do is done based on research and listening to what the users really want. You love looking at the bigger picture across all touch-points of an organisation but you aren't afraid to get into the details of what customers really need.
Your skills:
- Ability to work with multi-disciplinary team members and collaborate across the business to design customer experience solutions
- Understanding of impacts (people, process, technology) to ensure design solutions meet customer & organisational needs
- Develop relationships across organisations and have the ability to influence stakeholders
- Passionate about customer trends and best practice in the application of Human Centred Design
- Ability to analyse and synthesise both qualitative and quantitative data to derive insights
- Min. of 2 years Service or CX design experience
