About the Role:
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will play a critical role in building and leading our Interior Design team. Our aim is to fill the gap that is missing for aged care and retirement interiors by providing contemporary, elegant and refreshingly alternative places to live.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Design
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Interior Design
- Proficiency in Archicad
- Comprehensive written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to liaise with various stakeholders both internally and externally
- Ability to work independently on projects and also to collaborate with others when required
- Well-rounded personality, which is driven by the need to always uncover a better solution for our clients
