Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to work within our Customer Service Hub - they will also be a mentor and coach on a new project in our Human Resources Capital Management Team.

• Planning and executing (with 2 designers) UX research & usability testing
• Presentation of insights, pain points and opportunities
• Lead (under direction of Program Research Lead) and work with other UX researchers (x2) to reveal, understand and socialise pain points and opportunities including the creation of solution options
• Work with Program Research Lead and UX Designers (x3) on the above  
• Be coached and mentored by the Program Research Lead

Skills & Experience

• 5 years + experience. 
• You will be a designer and have excellent hand drawing skills
• You must be able to articulate and visualise possible solutions and directions
• Strong presentation skills
• Brief experience working with and mentoring other designers
