We're working with a new client in the healthcare sector who are the leaders in their space and are now looking for a CX/Service Designer to complete their Innovation team.This is an opportunity to lead customer research and design new end to end services & products by applying a variety of research techniques & HCD to solve complex, often emotional customer problems.
You'll be supported by an experienced Innovation Leader, an expert in this space and working across a wide variety of projects, from spatial customer experience design to digital products and services.
Long term there will be the opportunity to build out a team and transfer to another international location within the group.
To be considered you must have the following skills/experience;
- 2-5 years’ experience in CX/Service Design
- Formal customer research experience and designing and implementing a new service from start to finish
- Proven ability to find the consumer, customer and company insights that enable new product successes
- Comfortable leading workshops, conducting interviews & using a variety of research techniques
- The ability to clearly articulate your previous experience and frame what problem you were trying to solve, how/why you approached it the way you did?
- Ability to think past current constraints and influence others to gain buy-in and alignment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required, especially with challenging stakeholders such as patients, their families and doctors
- Comfortable working in a large corporate environment where you want to effect change
