This is an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to develop their career in drafting within a company that is growing!

We are young architectural practice working predominantly on high end residential projects within Bayside area. We provide full services and you will be working with clients, authorities, consultants and builders from concept to handover.

Potential exposure to design aspects are offered for the experienced draftsperson or architect.

To be successful in this position you need to have experience in producing accurate and quality working drawings for new residential homes. Solid ArchiCAD knowledge and knowledge NCC and Res Code is a must.

In order to be considered for this role, it is preferred you have the following:

• Proficiency in ArchiCAD
• 3+ years of local experience within similar role is crucial
• A sound understanding of NCC and Res Code
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
• Excellent time management skills
• Capable of resolving difficult and complex design and construction problems
• Sound structural knowledge
• Willingness to develop your career & knowledge
• You will be a team player, have high aspirations and be dynamic in all that you do.
