Based in the South-Eastern suburbs, a small team within a larger organisation are looking for a junior-mid level Project Manager to join their team.
The role will suit a strong back-end focused Architect or Graduate looking to transfer their skills. If you are keen to develop as a client-side PM, and you're passionate about civic and government work, this could be the perfect role for you!
Working across a range of commercial and government projects, you will be superintending for jobs, large and small. You will have a minimum 4 years experience in a Project Architect/ Graduate role, and be a confident and personable personality.
You will be competent to chair meetings, undertake project programming, and collate and respond to RFIs and variations. A fantastic opportunity to work close to home if you live in the area, and great work life balance is on offer!
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To be considered for the role, you will have:
- An architectural background with site experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Great attention to detail.
- A passion for commercial and government projects
- Ability to work through multiple projects at one time
- Ability to work autonomously and confidently through all project phases
