We are looking for graduates from a range of disciplines, with a variety of skills. You'll be part of a collaborative, dynamic and creative team of people who are passionate and committed to transforming industry, government, NGOs and the development sector. You'll work on a variety of strategy, service and organisational design projects.

What you'll be doing:
- Helping clients define a new direction
- Designing and prototyping new services to create a better experience
- Conducting user research to inform public policy and service delivery
- Redesigning business models, processes, capabilities and structures to create value.
What we're looking for:
- People with a passion for creating public value. If you're excited about engaging with community staff and clients to generate insights to drive human-centred change, you'll love the work we do!
- People with an interest in shaping and/or delivering government programs, user experience design, communications design, qualitative or quantitative research, business analysis, industrial design or graphic design.
- We're looking for Australian citizens, or people with a working visa.
- People willing to travel domestically (and potentially globally!).
What you'll be paid (package range): $56,226 – $61,143 (ThinkPlace has a structured progression program linked to individual performance)

How we'll assess applications: We're looking forward to meeting you and will guide you through a fun recruitment process. There will be several activities to ensure you, and the team at ThinkPlace, are comfortable with your choice of grad program and employer.
