We are looking for graduates from a range of disciplines, with a variety of skills.  You'll be part of a collaborative, dynamic and creative team of people who are passionate and committed to transforming industry, government, NGOs and the development sector. You'll work on a variety of strategy, service and organisational design projects.

What you'll be doing:

• Helping clients define a new direction
• Designing and prototyping new services to create a better experience
• Conducting user research to inform public policy and service delivery
• Redesigning business models, processes, capabilities and structures to create value.

What we're looking for:

• People with a passion for creating public value. If you're excited about engaging with community staff and clients to generate insights to drive human-centred change, you'll love the work we do!
• People with an interest in shaping and/or delivering government programs, user experience design, communications design, qualitative or quantitative research, business analysis, industrial design or graphic design.
• We're looking for Australian citizens, or people with a working visa.
• People willing to travel domestically (and potentially globally!).

What you'll be paid (package range):  $56,226 – $61,143 (ThinkPlace has a structured progression program linked to individual performance)

How we'll assess applications: We're looking forward to meeting you and will guide you through a fun recruitment process. There will be several activities to ensure you, and the team at ThinkPlace, are comfortable with your choice of grad program and employer. We'll assess applications as quickly as possible and keep you informed throughout the process.
