An international Architectural practice with studios in Europe, Asia and Australia is expanding their busy Sydney studio to gear up for more design competitions and to work on major projects well underway in Sydney.

What is it like to work there?
Working in a studio boasting an amazingly central location in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, you will be part of a small but rapidly growing team of Architects including local Australian designers and international ex-pats from their other studios. The design studio is set up to have no hierarchy, to be truly collaborative and reflect their team-effort ethos.
Nobody here wears a badge - there are no titles, expect everyone has the same title - Partner. Ego and attitude can be left at the door here - they are truly working in a democratic team effort to produce the best architecture in the world.

Your work day may include:
- Design Development and Documentation using Revit
- Contributing to local and design competitions for major landmark projects
- Taking projects from conception to completion through all stages - for more experienced candidates
- Managing and developing staff junior to your level

Skills & Experience you will need:
- An eye for good design, the ability to generate innovative design
- A passion for design demonstrated by your attendance at design conferences, outside work hours design projects, reading of leading design publications, entry into design completions solo or in a collaborative group, etc.
- Revit proficiency - ESSENTIAL
- A minimum of 3 years post-grad experience assisting a Project Leader or Director on large, complex multi-type projects including transport interchanges, high-rise commercial and residential towers, heritage building adaptations, etc.
- OR: 10 - 15 years’ experience in managing large, complex projects in a leadership role
- Master’s Degree in Architecture
- A willingness to contribute in every way to the success of a project in a mid-size, collaborative studio environment
