IVD Property Consulting is a boutique property consultancy which assists clients in Investment, Value Add and Development projects. We offer end to end management of projects.
About the role
We are looking for drafters, architects, interior designers, graphic designers, landscape architects to assist on a project by project basis. The role will vary based on project requirements i.e. concept plans for feasibilities, plans for Development Application, Construction Certificate or Complying Development.
As such we are looking for sector specialists to work on some of the following project types.
- Granny Flats
- Low to high density residential
- Commercial Fit outs (office and shop)
- Commercial and Industrial Projects
- Mixed Use Properties
