The firm is a leader in providing architecture and interior design in the national and international Healthcare, Education,Aged-Care and Multi-Residential.
The Role
They are seeking experienced Project Architects to work in the Healthcare space who have worked on complex projects involving key client leader interaction and design team and consultant team leadership responsibilities.
The Project Architect will perform architectural conceptual planning/design and development work for projects involving construction of new buildings and the alteration of existing buildings and facilities. The successful candidate must be flexible and willing to work with a high-performing team to support other services when the need arises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in high-energy, collaborative team and project environments
- Support technical design and documentation on projects of various sizes and complexities
- Produce and oversee both the development and review of contract documents
- Oversee documentation that adheres to public health agency requirements.
- Improve the overall standards of design quality, both in concepts and documentation.
- at least 7 years of professional experience.
- Tertiary Qualification in Architecture required.
- Proficiency in Revit
- Knowledge of all aspects of design including document development, code review, space planning, programming.
- Strong verbal and graphic communication skills, effective client relationship skills, and talent for working with diverse teams of designers.
- Ideally have lnowledge of Healthcare Facility Guidelines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, open environment.
