My client has been building new homes in Australia for 35 years. During that time they have won over 50 awards including the illustrious HIA & Master builder Awards. Across Queensland and New South Wales you can visit the display homes which offer in excess of 40 designs, multiple facade & interior options. All the houses are built to last as they come with a structural lifetime guarantee along with being inspected independently to ensure a high quality product is delivered.
An exciting new role has opened up with my client, at present they are expanding therefore they are wanting to appoint a AutoCAD Designer to join the team.
Requirements
- 3 + years experience with a residential builder
- Working knowledge of the BCA and local Rescodes
- Strong knowledge of construction process will be highly regarded
- Great problem solving skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD - REVIT exposure will be also highly regarded
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond
- Flexibility and adaptability within your role
- Genuine interest in design
Responsibilities
Reporting to the design manager your role will entail:
- Drawing displays
- Adding versades and making adjustments to the 30+ existing master plans
- Creating new floor plan options
Perks
- Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00pm
