There is an immediate need for a Project Leader to work in the Apartments team and take responsibility for delivering multiple residential projects. While reporting to the Associate, you will lead a small team to manage your projects to their milestones.

This practice, located in a vibrant inner city studio, have gone ahead in leaps and bounds in the past 3-4 years and have a strong project Pipeline that has brought about the need to fill this new role. They have a mixed portfolio that covers Apartments, Commercial, Industrial, Education and Retail projects.

As the ideal candidate you have extensive project experience across all phases. You will have particular experience delivering multi-res projects and you are able to operate relatively autonomously leading a team through the design delivery phases. Ideally you will couple your project and design experience with the ability to lead a small team and to create a positive and productive work environment. The apartment projects in the studio are delivered using Revit so you will be well placed with cureent modelling and documentation skills using the software.
