An exciting opportunity exists for a talented Project Architect to join this boutique design practice in the inner Melbourne suburbs. This highly creative team designs spaces for living, work, leisure and learning, and is seeking a well-rounded Architect to take the lead on key projects in the hospitality and multi-residential space.
  
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

• Oversee a project team
• Work closely with clients, guiding them through the design process
• Using your creative flair to develop the existing concept design
• Model and document in Revit as well as doing mark ups on your team's drawings
• Liaising with Consultants and seeing the projects out to site

To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate: 

• Experience running your own projects in either multi-res or hospitality sectors
• Creative flair
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in Revit
• Exceptional project coordination skills
• Excellent communication and presentation
