Your Company
Our client is a well respected design and firm that create innovative, sustainable, architecturally designed homes and commercial projects. The owners have combined their extensive experience in the design, development and construction industries to create our modular homes. This experience has been supplemented by collaborating with architects, engineers, sustainable development consultants, industry organisations, suppliers, contractors and specialist consultants in their ongoing production.

Your role

• Project Briefing
• Site visits both locally and interstate
• Design concepts
• Preparation of project proposals & submissions
• Design Development
• Finishes selections
• Client liaison/ Management

Skills to Succeed

• Minimum 5 years' experience
• Single dwelling design experience
• An understanding of Planning Scheme & Res-codes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up & InDesign
• A qualification in Architecture
• A passion for design and sustainability

Visa
You must have working rights in Australia.
