The Opportunity

The Role
As Greenway continue to grow, they are open to exploring an applicant who can take the path of either Architect or Architectural Technician. You will be working within a team environment on various design project types and sectors such as commercial, civic, residential, multistorey and education. The role of Architect will include design, documentation, construction and project management. Responsibilities for an Architectural Technician will include but not be limited to technical drafting, site investigations, construction detailing, site measuring, and other duties as expected. Your role calls for demonstration of strong technical and coordination ability and you will be comfortable working in project teams. It is expected that you will be in your element whilst communicating with clients, stakeholders and suppliers and you will possess a natural creative flair in all you do; from design to communication. Greenway use AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe, but Revit skills will also be highly regarded, and be essential for the Architectural Technician role.
The Like Mind
It is essential that you are tertiary qualified, possess a minimum 2 years’ industry experience and have knowledge of different types and typologies of projects and construction. Experience in working with and coordinating consultants will be highly regarded, and it will be expected you have NCC and Australian Standards knowledge.
