We are looking for a super administrator in the digital space who can coordinate our online content, maintain themes and assist with designing digital layouts.
Full time permanent role.
Key tasks:
- Loading, editing and coordinating digital content as advised by the Art Director
- Importing, exporting and coordinating product content
- Entering data into multiple management systems
- Ensuring content is properly tagged for accurate/optimized search query returns
- Collaborating with the art team to develop interactive, marketing-focused content
- Preparing images for digital use
- Basic editing of text and some website testing
Key assets:
- Experience working in web content management systems, databases, web applications and social media platforms
- Skilled in image manipulation and the uploading of images, videos and documents via FTP and CMS
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JS
- Solid knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office programs, particularly Photoshop and Excel
- Basic knowledge of SEM/SEO, UX and analytics
