COMPANY
Large and well-known Architecture and Design firm located on St Kilda Road. The firm specialises in the residential sector predominately and is also working within the busy seniors living sector.
ROLE
A permanent position is available for a Design Architect. The successful candidate will be responsible for concept design and schematic design for small to medium sized projects within the practice.
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
- Proven ability to perform a Design Architect role
- Ability to see projects from concept design through design development stage and beyond
- Ability to liaise with clients and sub consultants
- Ability to manage small teams
- ArchiCAD proficiency
