 True End to End Digital Product Design is rare enough in Sydney - so having the opportunity to go a level up on that and Leading a Team of Designers is am opportunity that doesn't come round often!

This is the opportunity to Lead from the front for their design team. To carry the torch and advocate for Design direction and bring your expertise to a crew of High Performing designers. You'll help steer the direction of their design and be the voice across the business for all design matters. 

This is no easy position to take on - it's a true blend of Design and Leadership skills - a rare combination of skills I know! 

The Design;

UX - You can truly validate ideas and extract information from where ever you need it. Building rapport across the teams and making sure the Product continues to achieve its mission

UI - Hi Fidelity is a skill you're capable of. As well as truly crafting a look and feel that is modern and makes a Product a pleasure to use.

The Leadership;

- You get people. You can lead a team of designers, managing work flow and advocating for design in the greater business. You inspire and mentor
- You have the confidence and skills to make Design Decisions that'll effect the entire product - for the good of the product
