The Company & Opportunity
Our client is a multi award-winning property developer specialising in multi-residential projects. This is a great opportunity to see your projects actually being built and also have the satisfaction of the projects built exactly as designed and documented.
You will be involved in all project stages - Concept Design, Design Development, DA, Construction Documentation & Detailing.
About You
You will be an “all-rounder” with a flair for Design. Due to the scale of projects you will be working on, we’re looking for someone who can demonstrate good technical ability and be able to collaborate and communicate well within a team.
You will need to be able to demonstrate the following:
- 5 + years post graduate experience
- Experience using ArchiCAD is essential
- Experience with multi-residential projects
- Strong documentation and detailing skills
- Experience in coordinating architectural and consultants’ documentation
- Someone who can work autonomously
