It is a busy time in Local Government Planning and Planned Resources has a range of roles at various Councils across Victoria:
Statutory Planner – Band 5 - Northern Suburbs
Growth area Council require a committed Band 5 planner for a 6 month contract managing a range of applications.
Senior Statutory Planner – Band 6 – Northern Suburbs
Growth area Council want a project focused Planner with excellent stakeholder management skills to work on major developer applications.
Statutory Planner – West of Melbourne
A rural council with proximity to metropolitan areas needs a strong planner to manage a diverse range of planning applications. Working closely with Engineers and Building Surveying you will truly get exposure to a multi-disciplinary environment.
Strategic Planning Manager – West Region – 6 months
As an experienced manager you will lead a small team focused a range of rural issues. This is a very hands on role with a broad scope.
Statutory Planners – South East - Band 5 and 6
Undergoing a program of urban regeneration this busy council is looking for planners at both levels with experience of typical metropolitan planning application. Depending on background you might get major project work.
Counter Planner – South East – Band 5
Join this established Council as their dedicated counter planner and get invaluable exposure to the fast paced customer service side of planner.
Strategic Planner - East – Band or 7
Lots happening at this growing Council. With a busy strategic team they will offer you variety of work to both compliment and develop your skills set.
Statutory Planner – East – Band 5
Undertaking a backlog project, you will utilise your planning skills to work on applications, primarily with a residential focus. Although a contract this Council has often made exceptional people permanent.
