Creation Homes is seeking the services of a dynamic and motivated, intermediate level Draftsperson to join our team.

Creation Homes designs and delivers quality, value for money homes that meet the needs of our target market.  We also offer market leading services to clients and developers in the medium and low-density townhouse market. Within this unique delivery service, Creation Homes along with our strategic partners, deliver not only the final build but also planning, design, sales and marketing for large projects.

As a Draftsperson your duties will include producing:

·         accurate and timely brochure drawings

·         preparing of planning drawings, final working drawings and plan amendments

·         variations

·         sitings and support for our external contractors.

In order to be considered for this exciting opportunity you will ideally possess:

·         completion of relevant tertiary qualifications in building design/construction

-        3 – 5 years ArchiCAD drafting experience (volume builder preferred)

·         excellent ArchiCAD and basic AutoCAD skills

·         working knowledge of local building codes & BCA regulations

·         the ability to work as part of a team.
