As the Senior UX/UI Designer, you'll mentor one more junior member of the team

The ideal candidate will have experience with:

• Working across multiple devices (Mobile, tablet, desktop);
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and evolving technologies;
• Web and Mobile UI design – Adobe Suite, SketchApp;
• High-fidelity prototyping experience – InVision or similar;
• Google Analytics knowledge;
• Wordpress or other CMS;
• A working knowledge of front end frameworks – Bootstrap, Foundation (Desirable);
• Agile development and design process - Lean UX (Desirable);
• Managing multiple conflicting deadlines 

Once appointed your role will include:

• UI artworks and assets required by the product team and development team;
• Contribute to the development of the brand and digital UI guidelines ensuring all designs are executed consistently across digital channels;
• Implement best-practice designs across the customer journey process from website to quote journeys as well as journey touch points (i.e. EDM’s);
• Define and maintain the UI standards across all existing and future applications;
• Contribute to A/B tests with the data team to improve customer journeys and online conversion;
• Develop UI templates to meet strategic and BAU objectives and coordinate with the developers to implement the UI layer;
• Translate conceptual requirement specifications and wireframes into technically sound UI designs using insights, best practice, testing, prototyping and mock-ups;
• Improve the UI of all digital assets (website, email, social, Ads) across devices (website, mobile, tablet, Apps etc).
