My Client is looking for a client facing passionate Senior Interior Designer who can bring design style, class and flare to the commercial office interiors division.

About the Role for Senior Interior Designer:
This will be an opportunity to come into a D&C business and create an in house design team that is capable of delivering well designed commercial office floor plans, funky yet affordable design, and of course the high end commercial, retail and hospitality designs that we strive to be involved with.

Duties of the role for Senior Interior Designer: 

• Delivery, Design Strategy & Development
• Business development i.e client facing, obtaining & contracting leads
• Able to work collaborative & independently
• FFE & finishes specification and scheduling
• Overseeing the entire project from conception to handover
• Liaise directly with contractors and suppliers

Requirements of the role for Senior Interior Designer: 

• ArchiCAD Proficient, Adobe Suite & Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability in documentation packages & 3D presentations 
• Proven experience in office fit out projects 
• 7 + years experience as an Interior Designer
• Must have local experience
