Your responsibilities will include
Leading and providing support and guidance to the development audit team about investigative matters as they relate to the audit of development conditions. You will research and prepare planning and development certificates in accordance with the Planning Act and audit the conditions of development approvals to ensure compliance.
To be successful in this role you must possess
A relevant tertiary qualification, substantial experience in a similar technical role relating to land use planning. You will have exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills to negotiate ideal outcomes when required and liaise with a range of stakeholders including members of the public and Councillors.

Work Location
Please note that whilst the current work location for this position is specified above, staff may be required to transfer to any of council's work locations with notice. Council currently has administration offices located at Caboolture, Strathpine and Redcliffe as well as depots, libraries and a range of other facilities located throughout the region.
