Custom home builder requires an experienced senior residential drafter to manage 2 multi million dollar homes
Your new company
This custom home builder has won large multi-million homes to start ASAP in prestigious Sydney Suburbs.They have a great employee oriented family friendly culture and have exceptionally low turnover within their staff. They are looking for an experienced residential drafter to join their growing team in North West Sydney.
Your new role
The company is seeking a draftsperson in North West Sydney to prepare preliminary and detailed drawings to ensure the smooth operations of this home builder leader. You will be responsible for preparing variations, council correspondence and contracts. If you are great at building and maintaining client and team relationships, then you could be a great fit for the job.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience working within home builders, and have at least one to two years’ experience drafting project homes and liaising with councils. You will have a strong track record of delivering high quality accurate work. You will also be proficient in the use of ArchiCad or AutoCad and Microsoft Office.
