This well known and respected organisation has an opening for an experienced Graphic Designer to join their team for a period of 6 months with flexible working options available.
This organisation has a dynamic and respected Development & Marketing Team and they require your expertise in the property development field. A creative, agile and results driven individual who can work in a team that is cohesive and self-motivated is a must- micromanaging isn't required but your ability to work in a team and also autonomously is required.
Ideally, you will have experience in:
- Qualification in Graphic Design, Communications Design or similar
- Experience in graphic design, branding and managing print materials
- Experience in web design, digital media, UI design
- Multi-lingual communication - Mandarin & English - both verbal and preparing marketing materials in both languages would be ideal.
You will be based in the South Yarra offices of our client and we are pleased to say flexible work options are on offer. Hours will be agreed upon between the parties, but up to 4 days/week in the office during busy periods will be perfect.
The work will cover property marketing material (project brand, floor plans templates, contract covers, etc) but the work will iterate and the scope will grow and vary (website, brochures, stationery, signage, social) as the project comes to life.
They are a creative bunch at our client's offices so someone who is also creative, agile and open to receiving lots of creative input and quick to respond to changes would be great.
