The successful candidate will have;
A degree in Architecture or Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years' professional experience
Experience in Multi-Residential / Education / Commercial / Retail projects
Ability to deliver Schematic Design, Design Development, Townplanning, Contract Documentation and Tender
Proficiency in Microstation, AutoCAD, Rhino 3d, REVIT, 3D Studio Max, Sketch-up, Adobe Suite and Lumion
Strong presentation and documentation skills
Proven ability to self-manage and work effectively within a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This role will include;
The research and production of documentation for design projects under the direction of senior members of the practice
Assistance with the general office administration as part of the efficiency and operation of the practice
Assistance and preparation of tender submissions and presentations
Preparation of applications for planning and building permits
Consultation with other professionals and contractors for design coordination
Preparation and presentation of feasibility reports and design proposals to the client
