Your new company
Our client is an established and design led Architectural practice that specialise in a range of high end residential projects. With a strong projection of work for the next number of years, this studio are now expanding and looking for a design sensitive Architect with Revit experience to join their soon-to-be new refurbished studio.
Your new role
You will be a creative Interior Designer with circa 5 years practical experience; it's important that you have a good understanding of the local construction market and are technically sound. This practice is looking for someone to fundamentally work from town planning stage, through design development, documentation onto completion. That said, there is opportunity for candidates with a key eye for design to work alongside Directors on conceptual design stages.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Revit and have strong experience working on multi unit residential projects. Projects in this studio range from high end townhouse developments through to mid and high rise residential projects, so candidates with multi residential experience would of course be preferred.
