ABOUT THE COMPANY.

As a result of a growing pipeline of exciting projects, this award-winning Architecture practice is seeking a talented Architect to join their collaborative team. With an established presence in the market, this firm has an outstanding reputation for its delivery of innovative projects across the multi-residential, commercial and hospitality sectors.

ABOUT THE POSITION.
  
As an Architect within the team, you will report to the Senior Architect and will contribute to all stages of the project life cycle. With your design focus and collaborative approach to work, you will coordinate with your team members to delivery concept designs, feasibility, construction & tender documentation, and DA submissions.

DUTIES.

• Prepare and submit DAs
• Deliver detailed documentation for construction
• Produce concept designs
• Regularly liaise with Clients, councils and consultants

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture
• Software proficiency in Revit 
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant project experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High attention to detail
