Are you an established Registered Architect looking to work under a leading design brand? Do you have polished Design and Communication skills? Can you push the boundaries with stand-alone Residential projects?
This is an exceptional opportunity for a design lead Architect to take a leading conceptual role in establishing Architectural arm of a reputable Interiors studio name.
Tackling the boutique projects of a large firm, our Client is a specialised team within a highly recognised design practice, their focus is on the luxury single residential sector, with projects currently spanning $4m - $15m.
Specific responsibilities will include: Client Management, Concept Design, supervision of the Delivery process of projects, working closely with partners in new business development and Team Leadership. As such, you will need excellent design but will have a good knowledge of the delivery process.
We are seeking a design driven individual who is skilled in leading projects! With project coordination at the forefront of this position, this role will span all stages from concept, design development, overseeing the Drafting staff during the Construction Documentation whilst being hands on within the delivery stages as required.
As a strategic appointment for this firm, we see it as a real career opportunity to grow the architectural division of this Interior firm. This role will suit a talented, go-getter with outstanding design and client management skills!
