Position Summary  

Are you an experienced 3D visualiser with a background in architecture or design? Do you have the ability to understand a client brief, work in a cyclic process of testing, analyzing and refining images whilst achieving desired business outcomes?

Position Accountabilities:

• Producing renders for massing studies, quick iterate design and final presentation renders
• Composing 3D scenes of interior and exterior environments using 3DS Max, Rhino and V-Ray
• Working within the Design Team to ensure design intent is maintained and deadlines are met
• Consistently producing high quality architectural renderings in a limited timeframe
• Modelling, lighting and post production

• Professional experience in Rhino, V-Ray, 3D Studio Max, AutoCad, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
• An understanding of and ability to interpret architectural drawings
• High level organizational skill and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to interpret a brief accurately and can produce a range of render styles
• Ability to manage time effectively, often working on multiple projects with tight deadlines
• The ability to take ownership and be solutions focused
• Great communication skills – written, verbal and visual
• Have a proactive, approachable and sociable personality
