Reporting into the Creative Team Leader the Creative Designer will be responsible for creating all Vodafone branded assets across our 21,000+ retail environments. The work will include visual merchandising, visual POS, brochures and sales promotional material consisting of catalogues, digital screens, lead banners, posters and flyers (to name a few). The role will be 95% Design and 5% Finished Art.
 
You’ll work closely with Campaign Managers, Print Production Managers, Designers, Creative Artworkers and the Team Leaders. You will be able to multi task across a variety of work, ranging from highly complex conceptual projects through to simple retail collateral.

You will bring your creative ideas to the table and excite us with innovative ideas and concepts whilst also assisting on finished art made ready for print. Your ideas will ultimately be driven by data insights which will assist in your decision making and you will drive for continual and creative improvement across all our visual mediums. You will collaborate across this business to ensure we produce the best content that yields strong commercial results.

To be successful in this role you will have:
 

• Strong technical ability on the Macintosh system using CC Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat Professional.
• Experience in After Effects will be highly regarded.
• 5+ years demonstrated experience as a Designer, specialising in retail environments. In-house design experience is highly regarded.
• Strong visual design sense, excellent design skills and impeccable attention to detail.
• Experience in a fast paced, dynamic organisation.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance.
• Proven experience working within strict brand guidelines and templates.
• Ability to deal with issues and implement relevant solutions while maintaining respect for others.
• Education and/or relevant experience equivalent to degree level.
