This newly created role will be responsible for developing design material for print and digital projects across Clarendon Homes NSW range of products and services. Untimely you will design You will design solutions across print and digital media and take design from concept through to final art.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will be supported by our creative agency but will need to hold your own in terms of possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality.
About the role:
- Design and preparation of various marketing collateral in line with Clarendon Homes brand guidelines.
- Creation and development of advertising and promotional content across a range of Clarendon Homes’ products and services.
- Assist with the design of internal communication collateral in line with the our internal employee engagement strategy
- Set up files for find art as per printing specs.
- Act as a brand ambassador.
About You:
- Be courageous by being accountable, proactive and innovative
- Show care by listening carefully, seeking feedback and being community minded
- Highly proficient in all design aspects
- Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc)
- Proven graphic designing experience - Experience working with agencies is advantageous.
- Able to build trust and show integrity by being genuine, talking straight and keeping promises
