Your new company
This North of the bridge, boutique practice requires an immediately available AutoCAD proficient Drafter/Architect for an initial contract start.
Your new role
An initial contract opportunity exists within one of the teams for an experienced AutoCAD Drafter/Architect
Required to prepare documentation for concept design, to obtain council approvals and for construction purposes
You'll be required to work across all stages of the project life-cycle with proof of performance
• Revit proficiency is essential
• Good presentation skills and accurate and efficient documentation ability
• Experience in the preparation of documentation across multiple project disciplines, with an advanced working knowledge of Revit will take preference
• Must have a working knowledge of the BCA, Australian Standards and building construction
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and previous experience in a similar role in Australia.
• Have at least 2 years of Australian experience in a similar type of role
• Have an ability to work as both part of a team and self-sufficiently
• Accurate, fast and able to prepare drawings of high quality and consistency in detail and notation
• Be able to quickly grasp client requirements and implement onto drawings without the need for constant reinforcement
