Role

• Work with business leaders to identify business opportunities, develop relationships and assist in positioning the studio to participate in and lead the delivery of significant Health projects in across the region.
• Lead the pursuit, bidding and winning of work, including contract negotiations whilst develop strong client relationships.
• Establishing new client connections and extending your current network of decision-makers
• Regularly engage in conferences and other professional forums and publish papers and articles in relevant publications. Develop thought leadership and commentary on future trends and changing industry needs/requirements
• Project Director managing Project Leaders across multiple projects through different project stages
• Coordinating and leading Health teams to achieve high quality solutions, delivered to time and budget constraints to achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
• Demonstrate significant ability to develop and lead the design and Documentation of Health buildings that are sustainable, elegant, modern, functional and fit for purpose

Requirements

• Professional Architect status registered with AIA, and potentially other jurisdictions.
• You are a Rainmaker recognised in the Health industry as an innovator, thought provoker and futurist
• You have a demonstrable track record of winning work across Health in the private and public sectors and understand and have an awareness of what the market requires and is ready for.
• Have a developed Client network including intimate relationship with Health Operators
• An inherent understanding of how to successfully deliver complex projects using your Design, Technical, Management and Organisational skills
• Experience of delivering projects within a Revit platform
