Your new company
An award winning Architecture Studio that specialised in creating high-use places in contexts that include Multi Residential, Hospitality, Retail, Institutional, Workplace, and Health. They are currently seeking a talented interior designer to complement their established team. With a range of projects lined up, this studio is renowned in Melbourne for stunning contemporary design solutions with breathable space, unique philosophy and aesthetic.
Your new role
You will oversee a general approach and management of interiors throughout all projects; manage and consolidate extensive range of details and materials library. You will also be desirable to have Revit skills (not mandatory) to produce Architectural specifications and schedules. If you are proficient in AutoCAD and some Revit skills, I would encourage you to get in contact. It is important that you are capable to produce architecture documentation skills including joinery, detailing, and internal elevations.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced and design focused interior designer with a proven track record for delivering high end multi residential projects. Extensive knowledge of BCA, materials and selections is a must. You will be a team player who can work with a variety of internal and external consultants. Your knowledge in construction methodology will be highly regarded, so it is important you have a good understanding of them. Expertise in photo shop and graphic skills for design reports are essential.
