About the company

This established home builder based in the South Eastern suburbs has been building quality homes for more than 10 years. They build a mixture of Custom and Boutique homes as well as multi-unit townhouses and have a great reputation for quality designed homes. 
  
About the role

Joining in a multi skilled small team you will be involved in all aspects of drafting from contract drawings and construction drawings in both project, custom homes & medium density dwellings.

Skills & and experience Required

• Strong knowledge of ResCodes, BCA and general Building practices
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Experience in drafting for Custom Residential and / or Medium Density
• Great communication skills
• Positive attitude that works well in a team
