Role

• Work on large scale residential developments from a Town planning permit stage to Construction Documentation. 
• Complete Documentation from Town Planning through to Construction for a wide variety of building typologies
• Responsible for key stakeholder management to ensure positive outcomes for all parties (Consultants, Builders, Councils, etc)

Requirements

• Relevant Drafting qualifications.
• Proficient in Revit with over 7 years local experience on similar project types
• Familiar with Australian Standards and BCA
• Strong understanding of Constructability
