Your new company
With a reputation for innovative and functional design solutions, this leading Sydney architectural practice have established themselves as market leaders in creating commercial, health and civic spaces. After a significant increase in project pipe-line, they require multiple, immediately available Design Architects for initial contract starts.

Your new role
Initial contract opportunities exists for experienced Revit or ArchiCAD Design Architects
You will be supported by a creative and emerging team, designing large complex projects, across multiple disciplines; including commercial, health, education, civic and competition projects
You'll be involved in all stages of the project life-cycle; with a primary focus on front-end schematic design, whilst also working through DA and CC documentation

What you'll need to succeed

• Revit or ArchiCAD proficiency is essential
• Good presentation skills and accurate and efficient documentation ability
• Experience in the preparation of documentation across multiple project disciplines, with an advanced working knowledge of Revit will take preference
• Must have a working knowledge of the BCA, Australian Standards and building construction
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and previous experience in a similar role in Australia.
• Have at least 3 years of Australian experience in this type of role
• Have an ability to work as both part of a team and self-sufficiently
• Accurate, fast and able to prepare drawings of high quality and consistency in detail and notation
• Be able to quickly grasp client requirements and implement onto drawings without the need for constant reinforcement
