Permanent opportunity for a Graduate Architect to join a multidisciplinary firm based in Surry Hills.

Your new company
We are currently partnering with a multidisciplinary firm who are seeking a Graduate or Project Architect to join their team.

Your new role

• You will have the opportunity to work on the full project cycle from inception through to completion.
• Day to day building contract administration support
• Supporting project Architect
• Answering RFI’s from contractor

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 4 years as a Graduate Architect
• REVIT OR AutoCAD skills essential
• Strong design passion and focus
• Experience in design detailing and service consultant coordination for multi-unit residential flat buildings
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in a team environment and with client groups
• Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, depending on the needs of the project
• Strong understanding of SEPP 65, ADG, BCA and AS
• Attention to detail, experience in delivering Construction Certificate and Construction Documentation packages
