The Client:
Is a medium-sized architectural practice, based in the lower north shore in Sydney and are currently very busy across the education, residential and healthcare sectors.

They are an award-winning practice that has been established for 15 years and work with the latest BIM platforms to ensure a high-standard of work.

The Role:
They are looking for an ambitious Graduate with a minimum of 2 years practical experience to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work across an array of project types, work within a friendly and welcoming firm and also for someone who wants to not just be a number.

You need to be an advanced user of Revit, have worked across medium-large scale projects and have very clear communication skills, both verbal and written.

To be considered:

• Advanced user of Revit
• A Masters degree in Architecture is essential 
• Full Australian working rights (the client in unable to sponsor) 
• Experience in construction documentation and detailing
• Experience working across residential, education or healthcare projects is desirable, yet not essential
• An ability to multi-task and be creative
• Immaculate written and verbal communication skills
• Have a strong focus on buildability
• Need to have a strong team focus
• Must be willing to work in the lower north shore
