About the role
Reporting to the Director & Master Builder, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting our clients through the process of home personalisation including interior colours, fixtures, finishes; kitchen and bathrooms; and those design touches that create homes our clients love.
- Guiding our clients through the delicate process of managing their budget and their design needs
- Provide accurate, detailed and well thought out drawings and specifications to aid effective estimating and building processes
- Generating ideas and suggestions that show architectural thought leadership and are consistent with the principles of innovation, sustainability and quality; the brand pillars of Building Evolution
- Fostering a collaborative, positive and cohesive working environment between our builder, trades people, suppliers and clients.

Skills and experience
The successful candidate will have:
- Diploma in Interior Design;
- Proven experience in interior design, preferably related to the building industry (residential);
- Exemplary customer service and communication skills;
- Experience working with a range of IT applications and software; and
- An enthusiastic, proactive and results driven approach to all tasks undertaken.
