The Opportunity

Reporting to the Lead Experience Designer within our digital banking product group, you will be involved in exciting projects, both local and global. Using Human Centred Design (HCD) principles and customer centric approaches, you will work on one of our innovative Digital Banking products, designing new features and functionalities to meet and exceed the customer expectations through a simple – easy to use integrated digital experience. You will have the opportunity to design products and services that not only deliver excellent user design benefits but also increase business outcomes like adoption, higher conversion rates, retention and higher net promoter scores.

The successful candidate will have

• The ability to see UI designs from concept to production
• Sketch and Adobe CC skills with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Minimum 2 years+ commercial experience in UI/UX design
• Demonstrated experience in user centred principles such as market research, creation of user journeys, personas, Lo-Fi & Hi-Fi wireframes, usability testing and interaction patterns
• An understanding and ability to create style guides and work with branding guidelines
• The ability to prototype would be highly regarded but not essential
• Experience in an Agile environment and Lean UX (Preferred)
• Worked across large enterprise complex sites / frameworks (Preferred)
